That’s the honest frame for the whole decision. On a new set of tires, nitrogen gives you a measurable head start. As the tires age, plain air quietly closes most of the gap on its own, and the difference between the two fills gets smaller every year you own the car.
Does Nitrogen Help in Bonita Springs Heat and Humidity?

Yes. Add the air.
